There is a very useful interactive service, showing the Palma de Mallorca Airport map, where tourists can find a Passenger Terminal (T) area and four separate boarding stations: A, B, C, and D.
There are 4 main floors in the Public Terminal area (0, 1st, 2nd, and 4th levels), which are open to everybody. The building incorporates the fence with the outside area through the Arrivals hall on the 0 floor, where there is access for pedestrians, and through the Arrivals hall for road passing. Besides, this Terminal intercommunicates the Departures station ( 4th floor) and the General Parking area via the airy 260-meter pathway, which is covered and automatic. There are ramps on the first level, but, unfortunately, no facilities. You can reach A, B, C, or D units just from the Boarding station of the Passenger Terminal.
There are many helpful services of the Passenger Terminal on the Palma Airport map:
To make a check-in, move to the 2nd floor in the Departures area. There are 204 desks for domestic and global registration in 6 different zones. There are also 12 desks for special luggage registration.
For self-check-in, follow these zones at Air Europa, located on the 2nd level:
Palma Airport arrivals hall map includes one area for domestic and global flights. It is located on the 0 floor. The travellers will use only this hall, no matter to what module your flight arrives. On the 0 floor, there is one baggage reclaim zone in the Passenger Terminal, (18 roundabouts for luggage claim and 2 extra lines for special baggage). Based on your flight type, you will find several passport checkpoints. You will find the lost baggage area on the 2nd and 0 floors, and also at the Arrivals zone.
To reach the Boarding zone, you need to undergo the security checkpoints on the 2nd and 4th floors, which are easy to find on the Palma Airport Departures map. The Boarding zone on the 2nd level of the Passenger Terminal moves to Unit B. The Boarding area, which is on the 4th floor, connects Units A, C, and D. Through these pathways the traveler can move to the Boarding gates and document checkpoints. Overall there are 86 Boarding doors, 69 of them are physical, and 25 jet bridges.
You can find various useful services on the Palma de Mallorca Airport Terminal map on different floors.

The 4th Level consists of the following services, which you may find on the floor plan of Palma Airport map:
Unit A or the Palma Airport terminal A is a part of the general airport building and has 2 levels: 1st and zero. This area is operating as a Boarding one, with limited access: only passengers who have undergone passport control are allowed to enter it. As a rule, the Module doesn’t work in winter, however, tourists can go through it if they need it.
In this block of the airport, tourists don’t need to check in. This procedure is made in the Passenger Departures hall. Unit A also doesn’t include security controls, as this block takes place in one of the first points of a traveler’s way in the airport, namely on the 4th floor in the Departures area of the Passenger Terminal. Nevertheless, based on the type of your flight, you can be made to go through some extra procedures of security or document checks.
